I love Dr delatte as he has taken great care of me. I tried to get an upgraded spinal stimulator and when it failed he was so great at working with my neurosurgeon on a plan to fix everything. The last procedure I had with him he took time to ask how I was and explain what I could do for my pain in the shirt walk to the room. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Saini explained everything to me and asked if had any questions. Then the procedure began. All I remember is getting up on the table and onto my belly. Then it was over. Everyone was very nice.

Sheiba, (I hope I'm spelling her name right, sorry if I'm not). I just spoke with her on the phone, and spoke with her yesterday to schedule my next monthly appointment. She is a scheduler and receptionist for advanced Pain management. She is so kind, respectful, and thorough. Her disposition towards the patients both on the phone, and in person is wonderful. After my horrible experience with one of the new nurse practitioners. and how unpleasant it was. I just appreciate talking with a kind person. Thank you for being you MS Sheiba, continue to be a warm kind helpful receptionist and scheduler. As, i can tell your an all around kind person. I give you a thousand

Never actually got to see Dr Saini. Tied up in office staff that couldn't do paperwork. MONTHS AND MONTHS later I am still in a nightmare of bills and paperwork caused by their clerical errors. If you try them INSIST on getting in writing that they will ONLY do what is IN NETWORK with your insurance. I never actually got treatment from them as they couldn't complete the paperwork correctly. Even my insu advocate tried to help them - insu ready to throw money at them but the paperwork went undone. Changed providers, all done correctly on first try and got the help I needed.
