Angela is a truly dedicated caregiving provider. I have been her patient for 5 or 6 years and she always has suggested valid programs to subdue my back pain especially . She also suggested a PT program that worked well for some time. Angela has without doubt my best interests in mind and I appreciate her suggestions in order to resolve my back and leg pain. I have absolute trust and faith in her treatment process. My pain is chronic. Thank you Angela and also her temporary stand-in Rita for their efforts.

Dr Cooke always treated me with great hospitality, and very theral with med that safe for me with my condition of renal failure. I trust her and love the emphaty she shows with all the struggles I been going through. I would trust my kids in her hand. She has a great team who treats me with with the upmost respect... love this team

Absolutely Amazing Doctor! He listened to my issues of concern & gave me his professional feedback, brain stormed some ideas with me and created a plan of action all while including my thoughts, feelings & ideas. I felt like I was part of the team & had my own personal cheerleader! I would highly recommend!

As usual, everyone was professional and right on time. They had all of my records at hand and were able to perform some injections that took my pain away. They are both professional and most friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere.

My experience for more than 12 years, she is amazing, I appreciate her services so much. I can walk and get up little better. She is warm, welcoming, she help me with all my pain. Without her amazing care, I think I would still be in a worse place. When I have a concern she finds the answer and solves it.
