NEVER GO HERE. Michelle doesn’t call in medications when she says she does. Only calls in narcotics and then even when she calls them in, pharmacy won’t fill them because of misinformation on instructions and then the pharmacy contacts her and she refuses to call them back even days later.
She doesn’t care about her patients. I went in the hospital and she couldn’t care less. I called while still there to let her know, as stated I should in the contract I signed, and she nor anyone from her office could care enough to call back and check on me. That’s just beyond cold and heartless.
I have severe medical issues and she calls all of them excuses. Oh ok. Severe Anemia where I needed a blood transfusion is an excuse?? Being hypoglycemic is an excuse?? Sorry Michelle that I’m hypoglycemic and anemic. It’s called genetics. Maybe she should go back to medical school
But sure, you go ahead and believe their excuses. Call it an excuse. Low iron and needing a blood transfusion is an excuse?? Ok got it. Thought it was genetic since all the woman on my mom’s side has it, but sure Michelle, it’s an excuse. I break my bad foot that has CRPS in three damn places and apparently that’s an excuse when it was caused by my tremors from my nerve damage after a noninvasive back surgery. Sure call it another one of my excuses. I had all documentation to prove and show her everything and she couldn’t care less. She said you can stop talking. If you can’t do procedures and we have to wait 2 months for your foot too heal then I can’t help you anymore. So you need to find a new doctor.
Great. Thanks for saying it for me Michelle. Your clearly not capable of handling a certain amt of patients since you continue to get me confused with ur other patients, nor have the ability to do your job and call in the Prescriptions your patient needs when you say you will, nor return phone calls from the pharmacy when you put on my instructions to take 1.5 pills every 6 hrs instead of 1. So now she’s trying to have me overdose too?? Wow. Great doctor. Patients need other medications besides narcotics, like gabapentin, tizandine, etc etc. So she will call in the narcotics and even over prescribe yet won’t call the others in?? I feel maybe a hint of dimentia? Seems she can’t remember to do anything nor do anything correctly. That is the last doctor on earth I would ever want to perform a procedure on me. What if she did the injections in the wrong spot cuz she’s confused??? Yea I’m not gonna wait and find out. I left her practice and will be trying ANY other Dr office.
Plus here is something Michelle Hale also does at her Surprise Location. She charges my insurance $2750 per monthly visit!!!!!!!!! When I was self pay for a few months at my old Pain Dr a couple months ago, it was $140 per appt. Then if I needed to do a urine sample, it was $200 self pay. But she charges $2750?? Something isn’t right here. Plus she requires a urine sample EVERY VISIT so she can do additional up charges to ur insurance!!!! She is clearly only in this job to screw over her patients and their insurance. If this is just for a few visits as I try to get a neuro simulator, I couldn’t imagine how much she rakes in from insurance companies, co pays, and only god knows how much for procedures!!!!! She says she only does procedures at her office so if I wasn’t there for them, then she couldn’t help me.
My CRPS is incurable right now. My nerves are damaged in my right leg/ft so procedures are out of the question. So since she can’t take in a ton of money from my amazing insurance from procedures, then she doesn’t care about me. Especially after the last month I had being in the hospital twice for different reasons and breaking my foot.
Michelle Hale has no heart. She doesn’t care about her patients. She mixes up her patients and tries overprescribing patients. I made the pharmacy fix it to 1 every 6 hrs. I take enough crap. I will not take extra of a narcotic!!!! She should lose her medical license and medical practice after her actions.
I will be filing a complaint with the medical
Board as well. I refuse to allow her to treat others the way she treated me. I am not going to sit back and be bullied and mistreated by a so called Dr that thinks she’s too good for people.
Also anyone that reads this, I recommend you verify with ur ins company how much she is charging and find out how much she is overcharging for things she shouldn’t be. Get enough people realizing this and she could even get in trouble for Insurance Fraud.
She doesn’t deserve to be treating patients like the ones she does with her inability to care about any of them. I mean I guess if she was any other kind of Dr, she would be fired consistently. So maybe ppl suffering from
Pain are the only ones that tolerate her since she prescribes narcotics. Wow that actually makes a ton of sense.
Makes me feel a little better and I hope anyone reading this, thinks carefully about coming to see Michelle and if you’re a current patient, I suggest going to a completely different company all together. Advanced Pain Mgmt is small and is that way due to their values and only procedures mentality. Won’t last long.

I would like to say that it’s not ALL of Advanced Pain Mgmt locations. I’ve only ever seen Michelle however I have called and talked to other locations and after hour drs and I have to say, they are beyond amazing. Especially the Dr at 16th St and Thomas. I truly wish I lived closer to her because she helped me immediatly after I gave her just a little information about how I was being treated by Michelle and her entire office staff. It’s sickening that these Drs feel superior and can treat their patients any way they choose and get away with it. It’s heartbreaking. It has literally taken 3 weeks to get Michelle to call in my Gabapentin medication PROPERLY!!! I only went to her due to her being 10-15 mins away from my house. How dare her treat ppl this way no matter what she feels about her job and her patients. Shame on her for not caring and to show up to her job as if no one matters. She clearly has an inferiority complex and thinks she is so much better than anyone single one of her patients. The fact she discharged me for breaking my foot due to the fact I couldn’t do procedures or continue with the spinal cord stimulator. After overcharging my insurance company $2500 per office visit I was also dropped from my insurance company. Which obviously screwed her because I told my insurance company she was committing insurance fraud. I told them to not pay it unless it was broken down. When I was self pay at my old place that was just too far away after we moved it was $145 per office visit and $200 for urine tests that ONLY occurred once every 3-6 months. It was random. So don’t waste ur money at her office. She clearly only cares about the patients based on how much money she can make. So if you plan on doing nonstop procedures that are just a bandaid, then go ahead and waste ur money. But if you care about ur health and getting better, don’t go to her office. I was only going to be in my boot for my broken foot for one or 2 months more max and she said no and discharged me as if I meant nothing and couldn’t make any money for her. Besides over charging my insurance. See another location or go to another pain co. Going to Michelle is a waste of money and time.
The fact I was hung up on numerous times and ignored after leaving voicemails nonstop and not cared about to the point it took Michelle over 3 weeks to fill a prescription that she actually never called in herself. The after hours Dr from 16th St and Thomas did that after 3 weeks of being ignored and not cared about. She was beyond kind and amazing and even called me while on a walk with her son. That’s a Dr that cares. Michelle doesn’t give a rats butt about her patients. Even when sitting in her office, she doesn’t write a single thing down or takes any notes on her laptop, nothing. Her memory is garbage and clearly shows she doesn’t care even during ur first visit. Pls don’t waste ur time. If you choose too, good luck. Ur gonna need it. We are calling our lawyer in the morning. I fell so bad this weekend because I was only able to take 1
800mg gabapentin a day for over a week and twisted my knee so bad I passed out and hurt my foot even more where I may now need surgery when I didn’t before. I go in for new images this week. So our lawyer has a perfect case. I’ve never sued a Dr for malpractice EVER, but I was given no choice from her. If she only cared a little bit more. Oh well.

Adra was extremely pleasant to visit with today. She was very polite and caring. Listened to my concerns about my pain Im having in my hips. Very willing to try oral meds first. Im SO hoping they do as I dont want injections. Time will tell. Will definitely be back and recommend their office. The receptionist was very sweet and pleasant attitude. Keep up the great work everyone.

Soon as you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a smile. Everyone is very helpful. Dr. Wong was great. I liked him very much. His bedside manner was warm and friendly. I did not feel rushed at all.

Zero stars is what dear Mohammad deserves. This man is sick. He thinks instead of taking pain meds so I can physically leave my house to see the 4 surgeons I need to get to, so I get my life back and hopefully never see a damn pain pill ever again, I’m going to slam back the entire bottle or something because I made a JOKE, while kind of laughing said, “not medicated, pain just keeps escalating, makes you want to step in front of a train, haha!” This dude had his mind set that he wasn’t going to help me. That was his out. My joke let him screw me. He was a total jerk my first appointment, but did what he told me to do. Still screwed me.
If you are desperate enough or sorry, stupid enough to go here..DO NOT SEE THIS MASOCHIST. The grin on his stupid face as well was condescending and again, sick.
I honestly hope something happens to him and he suffers the way I do and people treat him like junkie street trash like he did me. Maybe then his dead soul will return to his body. I have zero hope for his black heart.
