Susan will tell you exactly what to
expect. She will listen to all of your questions and concerns and help you figure out what you want to do, not what they want you to do. I have been coming here for several years now. I get gel injections in my knees every 6 months and I've had epidural injections in my back. I have recommended the Advanced Pain Management centers to everyone I know for Pain relief.

Office staff, nurses, and Dr. Saini explained everything. I was so scared at first to get a shot in my neck, but they all explained everything to me. I had the sedation, then the neck shot and it was over in seconds. No pain. I'm looking forward to not suffering from bad headaches after a car accident, and I will be getting the other 2 shots to help bulging disc's in my neck at C5, C6. I hope this helps someone maybe going through this too. Don't be afraid. And don't live with the pain. THANK YOU APM!

I have been with my Doctor for years now. I have my nerves ending in my back burnt and I would definitely recommend it to others. It is what gets me to be able to work everyday because it helps eliminate the pain I have. The Doctor is great, friendly and cares about his patients.
