My experience for more than 12 years, she is amazing, I appreciate her services so much. I can walk and get up little better. She is warm, welcoming, she help me with all my pain. Without her amazing care, I think I would still be in a worse place. When I have a concern she finds the answer and solves it. I just love her thank you for such a talented care and truly she is Caring thank you

I don’t like the turnover you have. I left today without doing the urine test that was asked of me. I called right after I left and told them I forgot and they totally missed me leaving. I came back after work to do the test but some may not be as honest as I am

This office has had another recent change of providers but but I met Mike Z and felt very confident that he will be at the Ellsworth location more permanently. He immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable that he will take good care of my needs.
