The doctor was very informed with my patient information. When asked what should be the next step for my problem. He answered the question and told me what he thought I should do. He said my information would be sent to the insurance company and that I should also include my surgeon.

Ami Cooke always takes the time to listen and to offer suggestions to help in alleviating your chronic pain. We moved November 1st and have an Advance Pain Management office near by, but I prefer to stay with her and the staff at this office. Great job, everyone!
