As a first time patient, Kendrick impressed me by being very informative and easy to talk to. As the consult progressed, I would remember things I failed to mention. He took everything into consideration and explained all of the options and procedures thoroughly.

The nurse that starts the procedure is super nice. She calms my nerves. Then when I get called back to the procedure and everything is explained and I’m put at ease. They are very professional and concerned about my safety and they keep me relaxed. At any time I have a concern they address. After the procedure my pain has been reduced tremendously and my back is much better. Best thing is that it lasts for a long time. Months and months.

I was pretty anxious about having my first spinal injection but the doctors, nurses and anesthesiologists at this practice are too notch. They made me feel seen and comfortable in a time of great stress. Thanks!

Kendrick treats patients properly! I have been with APM for 10 years and I dont need stress that other NPs there try do cause. For me, Kendrick understands that I just want everything to go smoothe like it mostly always has been for me. I am very responsible with my meds and I should be able to get my meds at 28 days just for the reason of comfort and not worrying about anything and I'm able to have a life without stress and pain which makes things worse not better so THANK YOU VERY MUCH KENDRICK! There are also other great NPs like in surprise AZ as well. Avondale is now just a bunch of 2 faced people and no longer comfortable for me.

Employees were pleasant and my app. Was quick and smooth
