First time seeing Mike. He was very personable and professional. He explain my condition to me where I could understand. Yes I will return to see Mike. Nurse Kathy was great as well. They make a good team.

I fell like Aime Cook and her girls really care about the patients that go to her office.Shes has made many other Drs. appointments for me to get other things done. Also I've gotten a back brace and a knee brace. So I have to say Thank you Aime and all the girls that work there.

I've been seeing Caitlin for about a year and a half now, she is very compassionate and actually cares about you as a patient and offers treatments to help manage your pain. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't try to rush you out of the room. The front desk and the medical assistant are very nice as well. The receptionist will take the time to explain your insurance policy and coverage and resolve any issues you might have with your insurance or appointment. I highly recommend advanced pain management. They also schedule procedures pretty quickly depending on your insurance.

Dr Kendrick and his Staff are very professional..
Dr Kendrick spends time...listens and has helped me with my lower back..shoulders and hips..
I would reccomend him to anyone that has issues and looking for help!!

I have chronic pain due to many medical problems. Do you need a list of my sources of pain? I have been prescribed very low dose Vicodin to help me tolerate the pain.
