Unlike many of other pain clinics I went to Mike wanted to address my special circumstance rather than tell me “we don’t prescribe that,”. I am a bone cancer survivor and have been prescribed buprenorphine for long term chronic pain. Mike understood exactly what I needed. Pain management is a touchy subject and I feel they do it very well.

This was by far the best spinal epidural injection i have ever recieved! The doctors were professional but kept the room lighthearted and the whole experience was very nice!

Dr Doula te is one of the best I feel happy when I get there and I know for a fact I’ll leave happier he has a miracle hand. I don’t feel a thing and it last for a long time I am proof he does a great job always and I recommend him highly and his crew in pain management

I love Advanced Pain Management and its employees. My favorite office is the Metro Office where I have a professional friendship with the office people as well as my Nurse Practitioner K. Wright. However due to where I live now I am about to change to the 51st Avenue office and I hope the wonderfulness continues.

Dr. Saini is a good man which is reflected in the way he treats you. He doesn't push you to have procedures like my last pain clinic did. He's honest and trustworthy in my humble opinion. He actually wants to help you anyway he can. If your able to keep an open mind and work with him, I don't think you will find a better Dr.
