Susan Bailey, FNP-C

Susan is a native of Southern California and moved to the Phoenix area in 2005. Her nursing background includes adult and pediatric intensive care and surgical services. She has worked with Dr. Page since 2007 caring for the pain management patient population in an ambulatory surgery setting.
Susan graduated from Grand Canyon University and is board certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Susan is also a member of the American Nurses Association and American Academy of Pain Medicine. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
